Payment  Options

Insurance Coverage

We are currently in-network with the following insurance companies:

  • Aetna

  • Cigna

  • United Health Care

  • Oxford

  • Oscar Health

  • Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield

Out-of-Network

Depending on your insurance plan, we do accept the following insurance companies as out-of-network providers:

  • Emblem Health/GHI

  • 1199

  • Other

Self Pay

In the event that you do not have insurance coverage, out-of-pocket payment is an option. Our rates are as follows:

​​

  • First Intake/Evaluation Session- $175

  • 60-minute session- $125

  • 45-minute session- $110

​

In the event of financial hardship, we do offer a sliding scale rate that is assessed at the time of consultation.

Clinical Documentation Request:

While accommodation letters may be requested, it is at the discretion of the therapist to determine if a client requires such letter. Any accommodation letter that is completed will incur as an additional charge of $60 with the understanding that careful time, attention and gathering of such documentation is needed for the letter. Thank you for your cooperation!

Cancellation Policy

Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance to your scheduled appointment.

You will be responsible for paying the no-show rate of $100 if you do not attend a scheduled session and do not contact us
prior to your appointment time.
 

Any cancellation of appointment that is less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a fee of $65.

We are all human and understand that emergencies and mistakes do occur. Depending on circumstances surrounding cancellation, we will allow 1 free pass at the discretion of the therapist. Our therapist's time and client's time are valuable and we hope this will not be an issue for existing and future clients.
