Group Therapy

At Healthy Mind Mental Health Counseling, we are continuously monitoring the needs of our current clients as well as the trends in the mental health community to create and promote unique group therapy opportunities.

Group therapy is a powerful approach to providing support to those experiencing various mental health and life challenges. We have facilitated several different groups both in person and virtually, for all ages, including grief therapy, anxiety management, social skills, and more.
We believe in the strong impact that the group therapy space may have on our clients, as they join with other individuals who have shared experiences to theirs as a group setting may help validate and aid the feeling of being alone.
